Thank you for your participation.
You will be contacted approximately once a month from the national responsible member of the research group.
You will be asked to collect information on controls from the background population.
If you experience any problems or difficulties during the study with the data collection form please contact the national responsible member as soon as possible.
Guidance to the data collection forms:
1. Duration: Filling out a Data Collection Form takes approximately 20-25 minutes.
2. Please try to answer as many questions as possible. The questions marked with a "*" is mandatory in order to proceed.
3. If it is not possible to answer a question, then choose "-" or "select answer".
4. To complete the Data Collection Form please press "end survey" on the last frame.
5. At all time it is possible to start from the beginning again. Just press "restart".
6. If you have any questions please write us a mail and we will contact you as soon as possible.
Cases with multiple diagnoses:
In cases with both uterine rupture and hysterectomy, the data collection form for uterine rupture should be used.
In cases with both placenta percreta and hysterectomy, the data collection form for placenta percreta should be used.
In cases of severe postpartum haemorrhage and placenta percreta, uterine rupture or hysterectomy please report the case by using the relevant data collection forms.
